The apartment was overall clean and had location very close to historic centre of Beverly and restaurants. The setting was marvellous. And I was located in the middle of the city. Greatly enjoyed the kindness and efforts made by the owner yet my bed was uncomfortable. Bathroom had a hair dryer and bath sheets.

Great location, centrally located and perfect for exploring the area. The property is well-maintained with thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable. We appreciated the convenience of the door code instead of carrying keys. The nearby car park was also convenient and reasonably priced.
It would be helpful to clarify the parking situation in the property description to avoid any confusion. Additionally, it would have been nice if the layout of the second bedroom allowed for more space around the bed.

The location was excellent, with convenient parking nearby. The house was modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved the complimentary bottle of Prosecco in the fridge and the vouchers for a free hot drink at a local cafe. The owners really went above and beyond to make our stay special.

The property was perfect for attending a wedding in East Riding, just a 10-minute drive away. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed a delicious takeaway from the recommended place, delivered by a gentleman who looked just like the one on the menu! The location was brilliant, with convenient car parking across the road. The kitchen was well-equipped, including condiments in the cupboards. We even found a complimentary bottle of prosecco in the fridge and vouchers for free hot drinks at a local cafe. The bathroom was lovely, with a deep bath, and there was a cozy garden to relax in. The car park was close and reasonably priced. We'll definitely book here again!
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Great value for money and a high-spec room. The location was perfect, with shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were incredibly kind and even left complimentary vouchers for a local coffee shop and a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge.
Hotel breakfast could be improved with a wider variety of options.
